This unique workshop combines the invigorating and healing practice of Kundalini Yoga with the powerful energy of Vinyasa Flow. We will begin class with a vinyasa sequence to warm and strengthen the body. The Kundalini Kriya~ yogic set of exercises~ will focus on a set to energize the endocrine system and strengthen the aura to attract harmony and balance for the body and mind. And we will close class with a beautiful meditation and relaxation for healing peace. The entire class will be supported with beautiful guitar music by Rick Romanelli.
