This Family Yoga class will include games, yoga postures, play and meditation to help you stretch, strengthen, focus and relax your mind and body. Enjoy some active bonding time with family and friends while doing something good for yourself and practicing healthy habits as a family. This all levels class is great for mature 4 years olds and up. 

$10 per adult, $5 per child
