Let's face it. It's not always possible for us to spend 75 minutes on our mat each day. We have jobs, families, kids, and responsibilities that often make it a challenge to get to the studio. In this workshop, we will look at ways that you can maintain your daily practice at home for those days when you can't make it to the studio. We'll explore 5, 15 and 30 minute effective practices that you can do on your own. We'll discuss how to choose what to practice as well as ways to stay committed to the time on your mat. All levels are welcome.
