Have you ever seen beautiful, challenging yoga postures and wondered how to perform them with the same beauty, grace, and safety? In this workshop we will deconstruct complicated poses into manageable parts. After working with the pieces, and using your new found wisdom, we will construct the parts to successfully achieve the graceful pose to your ability.
We will focus on opening the hips to attempt some beautiful arm balances. And then we'll deconstruct back bends to allow you the freedom to discover your most elegant back bends.
You'll leave this workshop with the knowledge and sense of empowerment to safely grow your yoga with beauty and grace.
Donna Dyer E, RYT - 500, An avid believer in the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of yoga, Donna brings a sense of lighthearted fun, compassion and spirituality to her popular classes. She enjoys the opportunity to inspire and challenge students to be the best yogis they can be, both on and off the mat. Her emphasis on internal awareness, alignment and use of the breath allows students to go inward and let go of the stresses of life. Practicing yoga since 1996, Donna completed a 500-hour intensive teacher training course and continues to enrich her training by studying with her teachers Rodney Yee (Hatha), Tim Miller (Ashtanga) and Desiree Rumbaugh. Donna has taught both 200 and 500 hour teacher training courses.
