Beginners Four Week Session with Molly June 22nd - July 13th
Thursdays 5:30 - 6:30 PM
$50 for entire four week session
Interested in yoga but not sure where to start? Learn the fundamentals of yoga including poses (asana), breath work (pranayama), and meditation. At the end of the session you'll have the confidence to attend a Yoga 1 or Yoga 1-2 class. This session is appropriate for brand new beginners to yoga, students who enjoy a more basic format class, and anyone who attended a previous beginner's session and would like to learn more.
